Anything But Mid is hosted by Amy Edwards and Whitney Stropp. This episode finds Amy and Whitney discussing the remote energy healing session Whitney had the same day they recorded, and why she went looking for one: she has been feeling blocked as her book gets close to publication. Amy surprises Whitney by revealing she is a Reiki master, and the two talk through how energy work functions, the old beliefs it can bring up, and why midlife can trigger that feeling of being stuck.
Energy Healing: What It Is, What It Feels Like, and Is It Real?
Whitney shares what a remote energy healing session taught her about feeling stuck in midlife, and Amy reveals she is a Reiki master.
Top insights
- Whitney says she has been feeling blocked and resistant as her book nears publication, dreading the idea that she will have to hustle and push it hard on social media.
- Whitney's energy healer works with Reiki and Theta Healing and calls herself a Catholic mystic, which matters to Whitney because she wants the light being called in to be God-centered.
- Before the session, Whitney set an intention, sat with ten minutes of gratitude, which she calls your highest vibration, and saged herself and the room.
- Amy reveals she is a Reiki master, trained one-on-one through all three levels around 2020 or 2021, and believes anyone can access that energy without much training.
- Amy and Whitney agree a Reiki practitioner is not giving away their own energy but acting as a conduit for energy from the universe.
- Whitney's healer told her she is "only as stuck as you believe yourself to be," and traced it to a belief from a childhood around addicts and alcoholics: that without a crisis to help with, she has no purpose.
- Whitney left the session with a mantra: "I can trust in my collaboration with divine timing for all opportunities and growth."
- Amy suggests the stuck feeling may be a natural contraction after the expansion of writing a book, possibly with brain chemistry involved, and that Whitney should give herself grace.

Anything But Mid is hosted by Amy Edwards and Whitney Stropp. Neither host is a doctor and nothing here is medical advice. Lightly cleaned for readability.
Whitney: I'm Amy and this is midlife, but you're anything but mid. Amy you forgot your name.
Amy: I'm Amy. I was like, "What am I saying? I'm what?" I'm Amy.
Whitney: I'm in midlife. I am in midlife. Yeah. Okay. Hi.
Amy: Hi. How are you doing?
Whitney: I'm doing great. You're doing great.
Amy: I'm doing great.
Whitney: You're about to head down a quite a little self love adventure while Justin's out of town it sounds like.
Amy: Yeah. Yeah. I am and my mother had this old book in the '70s. I remember and it was called The 14-Day Total Shape-Up Plan. And they had this woman you know, like in a leotard like with her short hair like look like outside and it was like a little tattered. I don't know if my mom used it or whatever. And I remember looking at it and thinking, "Wow, 14 days, you can just do a total shape-up plan in 14 days." So, that's what I feel like I'm going to be on a-
Whitney: Yeah. 14-day total shape-up plan.
Amy: Yeah, I love it.
Whitney: Yeah.
Amy: So, I'm going to get a face laser. I'm going to do a fasting mimicking. I'm pretty excited. I'm going to I'm going to I've been feeling like-
Whitney: You'll be a whole new woman when he comes back.
Amy: Oh, yeah. Well, really, I'm going to be a whole new woman when I turn 54. I I'm I'm I'm staring down the barrel of 54. Okay?
Whitney: That's the Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Amy: So, yeah. So, that's really kind of my what I have in mind. I want to feel really fucking good when I have my birthday.
Whitney: I Yep. I understand. I've done that on some birthdays myself where I'm like, "You know what? I'm going to be the strongest I've ever been on this birthday." Or I'm going to be you know-
Amy: And were you?
Whitney: I was for about 2 weeks.
Amy: Oh, that's not bad.
Whitney: And then it all fell apart. I can't I can't continue you know. And this is the thing, there's always a balance. It's like and we've talked about it before. I'm not going to have a six pack because I am not dedicated enough to keep the six pack.
Amy: Right. You're going to enjoy life.
Whitney: I can do anything for like 3 weeks for an end goal. But then in 2 days, it starts to fall apart after that 3 weeks. Like I get it and then it's like I can't.
Amy: Right. I wonder what I'd be like if I could maintain. Like I don't think I like I'm really trying to get better about my consistency.
Whitney: That's obsessive. Yeah.
Amy: Well, it is. But also, good things happen with consistency and if I could just find a way to enjoy what I'm doing and stay consistent at it. So, that's really what I'm trying to get to. So, we'll see. I'll let you know how it all pans out.
Whitney: Yeah. I see. Just remember that you're as young as you're ever going to be right now.
Amy: Damn right.
Whitney: So, enjoy right now. 'Cause tomorrow, you'll be a little bit older.
Amy: That's right.
Whitney: So, enjoy today. Enjoy today, that's right.
Amy: This felt like a pep talk.
Whitney: Yeah, it it was. It's like, you stop worrying about what's going to happen next. Enjoy right now. You're
Amy: We're as young as we're ever going to be. I mean that's the truth.
Whitney: You are as young as you are ever going to be. You are doing great. You are smart. You are young. You are vibrant and vigorous like we like to say here.
Amy: That's right. We do. I love that.
Whitney: And you're going to be that today. We don't You may be dead tomorrow. We don't know.
Amy: I mean that's true. Anything could happen.
Whitney: So, Anything could happen. So, embrace who you are and where you are today. Which is interesting that I'm saying this
Amy: Yes.
Whitney: because I have I've said it on a previous episode. I have not been feeling like I'm embracing what is the now. I'm not I'm not sitting in the now. I'm not enjoying the now. I'm feeling very blocked
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: and resistant.
Amy: Huh.
Whitney: Which Are you surprised?
Amy: Kind of, yeah.
Whitney: Well, it it's stemming around, you know, I've talked about it before. I have I've written a book and it's about to be ready for publication. And I have been
Amy: Your book, yes.
Whitney: stressed or worried or blocked or whatever about what to do with it next. What I'm going to do with that, I haven't felt good with the things that I'm thinking about. Like, "Oh, I'm going to have to really sell it. And I'm going to have to do a ton of social media about it, and it's going to annoy people, and I'm really going to have to hustle," you know?
Amy: Yeah. No. You don't want to hustle.
Whitney: No. And so, what I go to when I feel blocked is energy healing.
Amy: Okay.
Whitney: Now, I don't know that everybody considers that. But it is a great way to kind of get unstuck, I feel like.
Amy: And you're fresh out of one today.
Whitney: I just did one today.
Amy: All right. I can't wait to hear it. Can you share with us?
Whitney: And I'm feeling a little buzzed. Yeah, I'm going to tell you all about it. I left my notebook that had all my notes
Amy: Nice. No. At your energy healer?
Whitney: Yeah. Not at her place. It it was done remotely. But I left it on my counter.
Amy: Ah. Oh, they can do it remotely?
Whitney: Yes. So,
Amy: Wow.
Whitney: my energy healer is she calls herself She's a Reiki expert. She does something called Theta Healing.
Amy: Yes. I've done Theta Healing.
Whitney: And but really, she's also considered a Catholic mystic. Like she brings in Which is something that I really appreciate because I want to make sure that the light that's being brought in is a Christ-centered light, a God light. Like, I I I just I think because of my own upbringing, I've been told that things like that are evil, you know?
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: So, I just I like to have the prayers coming in. And, you know, God is being called in and His light is surrounding me. And I that just makes me feel really good. So, that's my energy healer goes from that kind of a place. But Reiki, most most people know energy healing as Reiki.
Amy: Mhm. Okay.
Whitney: Right? Wouldn't you agree that-
Amy: I'm a Reiki master.
Whitney: You are?
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: What the hell?
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: Well, then why the hell am I talking? You're a Reiki master? When did that happen?
Amy: Yeah. 2020? 2021?
Whitney: Well, how did that come about?
Amy: I met a woman that is a Reiki master and we just started talking. And I was like, "I'm thinking about doing it." And she was like, "I think you should. I'm sensing it." And so, I did it. And so, I did all three levels and-
Whitney: And so, what does that entail just out of curiosity?
Amy: There's some study. Like, you learn about it and stuff. But really, I did it one-on-one with her. So, I mean, I sat with her and-
Whitney: So, she took you through everything and then you practiced on her?
Amy: You practice I practiced Well, on a different level, I practiced on her dog and practiced on someone else. And so, we practiced like like from a distance, things like that. And then did it with her and then she did this thing What is it called where they like basically like open you up and I think anyone can be a Reiki master. I don't think you need all the training. As as someone who's done it, I think we are all available to it. Yeah.
Whitney: Well, it's a practice. Yeah, it's all about energy and we all have it. And in this practice, you are taking energy from the universe, God. It's almost like grounding, too. Like when you put your feet in the grass and you're getting that energy from the Earth?
Amy: Yeah. Yeah.
Whitney: This is you're getting energy from the universe. I think some people think that the Reiki practitioner is giving their energy.
Amy: Yeah. No, it's just a channel.
Whitney: But you're a conduit.
Amy: A conduit.
Whitney: Right. And so, how do they teach you to do that?
Amy: There was a lot of information. I have like a whole notebook and I would review it.
Whitney: Maybe it's right here. I
Amy: But like, I would assume-
Whitney: I would assume you have to meditate ahead of time to get in line and centered with the universe or-
Amy: I think you can. I don't feel like I feel like I've I've do it enough to where I can just access it. You know, like
Whitney: Mhm. Mhm.
Amy: from the top of my head and you just envision it, you know, and it's just there. And I think anyone could do it. Absolutely anyone, just like right now. So, you know, I don't think it requires a lot of training.
Whitney: Yeah. Well, even I'll tell you this. So, I knew I was having the appointment today and I wrote down like I I wanted to spend some time before the session to kind of get myself centered, think about what my intention was going to be, so that I don't waste the experience, you know, with just I mean, not that I don't I'll take any energy I can get, but I wanted to be very conscious of what I wanted out of the session. And so, I like laid down on the floor. I sagged, which I rarely do anymore. I saged myself and saged the room. And then, I sat down with a notebook and I just kind of did some breathing. And then, I thought about what is it that I am wanting, you know, what's my intention? And my intention was I want to accept all of the blessings that are that are for me. And I want to do it in the way that it was planned and advance. I feel like I have a plan. I don't always adhere to the plan. But there's a plan for me in this life and I want to embrace the plan and all of the blessings inside of that plan. And so, you know,
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: I I started feeling a little buzzed just from sitting in that. So, I do think everyone has the ability to to raise their vibration.
Amy: Yes.
Whitney: The other thing that I did was gratitude. I sat there for a good 10 minutes and I was like, "I'm so grateful for this and this and this." 'Cause that's the highest form that's your highest vibration is gratitude. So, that's kind of how I went into it. And this person I've used
Amy: Nice. Highest vibration.
Whitney: you know, several times since Hunter died to help me get through some things, work through some things, take out some things.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: I love and I'm not going to talk about Reiki anymore because I'm going to let you share your knowledge, but I love the idea of cutting cords.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: And so, one of the things that this person does for me is And this is all remote. She's over the phone. She's not with me.
Amy: That's so interesting, right?
Whitney: But if you think about it, energy is energy.
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: And she has been in person with me in the past, but since COVID, it's just it's always been remote now.
Amy: Yeah. Mhm.
Whitney: But I could feel her putting energy into me throughout the whole session. It was really really interesting.
Amy: I love that. You're very sensitive to it, too, and very open to it and that makes a difference, too, you know?
Whitney: Yes. Yes. But what I learned, and I think this is the the thing in for me in midlife, especially, when you know, I'm blessed enough to not have to have a full time job.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: My kids, I'm blessed that they are all out of the house. Nobody, you know, they're all in college and doing well. They don't really necessarily need me anymore. And so, I'm looking for something. And for me, I'm going to see if I wrote this down. My I had some old beliefs about myself that are holding me back not just with the book, but just in my own life. And the belief is that if I'm not doing something, I'm not worthy.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: Like I I I'm it's almost like I'm trying to prove
Amy: Yeah, for sure.
Whitney: to God that I'm worthy. And then all in religion, it tells you like, you know, you there's no way you can prove, you know, you just there's no way that you have to prove your goodness. You'll never be good enough if you work that way, you know? You just are good enough. You're one of God's children. You are good enough. Not that I wanted to get all into
Amy: Right.
Whitney: religion. But that's part of it for me. So, anyway, it was really interesting going through this process. And she talks. I don't know. Do you do you talk when you do your Reiki?
Amy: Oh, it's been so long. Sometimes.
Whitney: Yeah. I think every
Amy: It's so long since I did it with to someone.
Whitney: Every practitioner Do you do it with your kids or with your dog?
Amy: Not that they know.
Whitney: Oh, yeah. Yeah, that's an excellent point.
Amy: That's an excellent point. And my Reiki master, she said that like she'll do it to her kids and they'll be like, "Mom, quit," you know, whatever. She'll be like across the room like, you know.
Whitney: Oh, yeah, she's feeling Yeah, she's sending the energy. I do think that that is Yeah, I mean, that's that's something we all can do for the people that we love, just holding space for them.
Amy: Yeah. Mhm. Mhm.
Whitney: But sending them I remember when I read Eat, Pray, Love
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: and Elizabeth Gilbert, I think that that's the author's name, she's in an ashram or something. She's somewhere and she's trying to meditate and it's really hard. So, she focused on her nephew
Amy: Yeah. Mhm. Aw. Yeah.
Whitney: and sending positive energy and love directly to him. And then the meditation became very easy.
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: It was interesting.
Amy: I mean, that's that's prayer essentially. Really.
Whitney: Yeah.
Amy: I in my view that's prayer because my my view is like really I don't I don't think of prayer so linearly, I suppose, or so verbally anymore. I just think of it as this energetic feeling. Like if I if I was thinking you need something, you know, I'd probably just imagine you and like surround you.
Whitney: Well, even just putting your hand right there, like I feel like I could feel like a little I mean that's the truth. Like, what is it? Qigong or Tai Chi and all of that. You're always holding like space for this energy or there are different movements where you're pulling the energy down into you and you're pushing away.
Amy: Yeah. Yeah. Qigong. Mhm.
Whitney: You know? It's very
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: The more you focus in on it, the more you start to really feel
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: It's real, you guys. It's real.
Amy: It's real. It's real.
Whitney: It's real.
Amy: Determination today.
Whitney: Yeah, more real than some other than supplements.
Amy: Yeah. Right. Exactly.
Whitney: No. So, today, you know, we sat down and I had a very specific intention. I feel blocked. I feel like I'm keeping myself from accepting all that life wants to bring into me because we all are are set up for abundance.
Amy: We are.
Whitney: But if you don't believe that it's there for you, then you you won't accept it.
Amy: Well, whatever you believe, you're right. Right?
Whitney: That's right. And you know what?
Amy: So, if you're like, "I'm not doing enough," then guess what, you're not doing enough because you believe that. So, like if you change your belief to like, "I am always led. I am always doing the exact thing that I'm to be doing. Everything is divinely aligning," you know, whatever it is. That's like the energy that you're calling in and that's where you're living.
Whitney: Yes. 100%. She actually even told me, "You're only as stuck as you believe yourself to be."
Amy: Truth.
Whitney: And that is the that is the truth. I'm feeling the stuckness because I'm holding onto a belief that isn't true and it doesn't feel good in my body.
Amy: Well, yeah. And you're also looking around and going, "I have to do what everyone else is doing." When that's not true at all. Like you can do whatever you want to do, really. I mean, you know?
Whitney: Yeah.
Amy: Yeah, like find what aligns with you in order to share about your book. Find what lights you up to share about your book, you know?
Whitney: Yeah. But what I realized in this session is that it wasn't just about my book. This is how I'm going through life right now that I'm in now that I'm an empty nester, my husband's dead, I don't have a 9:00 to 5:00 career or job that is taking my time. So, I have a lot of time to think about what I should be doing.
Amy: Mhm. That's a huge lucky.
Whitney: I know. I it's I'm very blessed. But I'm taking that energy and I'm turning it into a fear of like, "Well, I'm not doing enough. Well, I'm" I mean, I actually had a thought the other day, "Well, maybe I should adopt a a like a kid out of foster care."
Amy: Wow.
Whitney: 'Cause I saw this this sweet reel, a newscast where they they highlight a a child every week. And these middle school children, they have a hard time being adopted.
Amy: Sure. Yep.
Whitney: So, then I'm like, "Well, if I'm a good person, I I would go out and adopt a kid. Like I have the time, you know?" But luckily, my energy healer was like,
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: "That that's not necessarily the case. If that is what is you are called to do, that's one thing. But if you are looking for something and you think you have to be doing something, that's that's not in alignment with you, it's not going to work out." And I don't even know. I'm still kind of buzzing from the session, so
Amy: All right. Right.
Whitney: Not only that, it can be a form of avoidance, right? You're like, "Let me not do this. Let me find something else to occupy my time and now I can't do that 'cause look how busy I am with this child."
Amy: Or or why am I so afraid of stillness?
Whitney: Or that.
Amy: Stillness is really where-
Whitney: It can be a way to avoid stillness.
Amy: Yeah, a lot of work can be done on yourself just by sitting still.
Whitney: She said that I This this was interesting. She was like, "My own trauma and childhood created the belief that if I'm not helping, if there's not a major life disruption that I am helping with or navigating, then my I have no purpose."
Amy: For sure. Wow.
Whitney: And that really resonated with me because I came from a childhood with addicts, alcoholics, you know, a lot of trauma.
Amy: Yes.
Whitney: And it never dawned on me that, "Oh, now I'm now conditioned to think, well, if there's not some major life you know, disruption happening, then what good am I? I'm not fulfilling my purpose."
Amy: That's so common.
Whitney: Yeah.
Amy: I bet there's a million people that can or like millions that can relate.
Whitney: I think it I think it comes especially in midlife. People have midlife crisis.
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: They're they're trying to fill something, find where they are in the world now. So, it was really interesting. I did feel very calm afterwards. And I love this person because she brings in the saints and you know. So, and my dogs showed up. She's like, "You've got a pack of dogs here, you know, that are so love they love you so much."
Amy: Aw. All your dogs are hanging out together.
Whitney: Yes. And it just the other thing that it gave me was this sense of I am not in this alone, nor am I required to do it all alone. And so, she gave me a mantra
Amy: Mhm. Love that.
Whitney: that I was going to share with you guys.
Amy: Okay.
Whitney: And it-
Amy: I love a mantra.
Whitney: Yes. And I think it's good for anyone, honestly. It says, "I can trust in my collaboration with divine timing of all opportunities and growth. I can trust in my collaboration with divine timing for all opportunities and growth.
Amy: Boom.
Whitney: I am open and receptive to that collaboration."
Amy: That's right.
Whitney: 'Cause I'm worrying that I'm should be doing something right now or time is running out or I'm wasting time.
Amy: No.
Whitney: Instead, I need to be still and trust that there is a divine timing and I'm going to collaborate with that and it's all going to be okay.
Amy: Yeah. Yeah.
Whitney: It's going to be okay.
Amy: And your book is not like it it's not going to have like a like a long shelf life.
Whitney: No. Yeah.
Amy: You know what I mean? Like
Whitney: She she actually said, and this resonated with me, too, she was like, "Where is your the joy and the fun? The things that you do you" And she brought in my dead husband. She was like, "You know, your husband worked hard to give you the stability that you have now. And you are trying to make it a bad thing, you know, instead of embracing it, thanking him for it, and then use it to create more joy and light and fun in your life."
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: And she was like, "The Again, we're talking about the book. For me, that book has become stressful 'cause I'm like, "Well, what am I going to do with it? Well, I'm going to have to hustle. I'm going to have to do this and this and this and this and this and work and work and harden hard." And she's like, "You don't have to do any of that. Sit in it and find the joy and find what you want to do that's in alignment with with yourself," you know?
Amy: Yeah. Yeah.
Whitney: I realized that when I'm talking about my intuition, I trust it as long as it I mean this makes total sense. I trust my intuition as long as it is an alignment with the beliefs I have about myself and a lot of those beliefs aren't true.
Amy: Mhm. Right.
Whitney: Like I I'm not my body is telling me this doesn't feel right. This idea that you're going to have to hustle and do all this stuff, it doesn't feel right. But I'm not trusting it because I'm like, "No. No. No. I have to hustle."
Amy: Mhm. Like, "I have to. This is how it's done."
Whitney: Yeah. "This is what I've got to do."
Amy: Which isn't true.
Whitney: No. No. I I I I need to start sitting in what brings me joy. And by the way, that doesn't mean I'm not doing anything of substance. It just means my purpose is to go out today in this moment and be a light for the mailman
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: or my dog. Well, he's dead, but you know. It doesn't have to be this big, huge Oprah moment.
Amy: Yeah. Or just relax and just trust the right things going to come your way and it does, you know? And just Yeah, you just Exactly. That's what the mantra is. And you know what? You're going to It It's all going to happen the way it wants to. Also, I was thinking energetically, a lot of times when we expand, there's a contraction afterward. A lot of times when you have a big expansive event or something, you have that come down, right? And so maybe you experienced a lot of expansion, too, and just writing the book. And now that you're in a different phase of it, maybe there's just a natural Maybe it's natural to have this contraction in this sort of like down moment almost where you're just like, "Oh gosh, you know, now what? I've been dedicated to this. Now I have to figure out all this other stuff and do all this other bullshit that I don't want to." You know, maybe it's just like and then your head just starts to spin. So, maybe there's just a natural contraction and that could be even related to body chemicals, brain chemicals, all those things that you've expanded and then maybe just a little bit of a down. So, maybe it's natural. Maybe you need to give yourself some grace around that, too.
Whitney: That's what the mantra is. Mhm. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's the whole message is we need to give our all of ourselves grace and and really I mean what I'm going to try to lean into is I don't have my purpose in the world doesn't have to be attached some to something really large or or in my mind what my ego thinks is important.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: You know, my purpose is just to to be here and be here with you and smile at the neighbor and you know be the light in the world that I'm you know wanting to be.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: And I think in midlife, you start to question who you are, what's your purpose, where are you supposed to be going next, I'm getting older. You start to feed yourself these negative beliefs that aren't going to serve you well.
Amy: No. No. And you know what? Sometimes it's just old things that are just still popping up and
Whitney: So true, trauma from childhood.
Amy: That's okay, too. Yeah. And especially in this world of social media, we think we think we have to do what everybody else is doing and you don't.
Whitney: No, you don't. You don't.
Amy: You absolutely don't. So.
Whitney: So, the energy healing for me kind of jump-started, it got it got my vibrations up which I love. And then
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: I was able to hear some messages that I already knew. But I just forgot.
Amy: Yep. You get to remember.
Whitney: Yeah.
Amy: Yeah.
Whitney: And I do feel like she cleared out She said something like my my ethereal space or something, I don't know, is is has a lot of boxes in it that that need to be cleared out.
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: You know, she equated it to like little boxes in a in a basement or something.
Amy: Oh.
Whitney: And she was like, "There's a lot of boxes in here and we need to remove out." She cut some cords of old trauma or beliefs about myself. And some people listening are probably like, "What the hell?"
Amy: Mhm. No.
Whitney: But I would encourage everyone to go and and try one session of like Reiki or some sort of energy healing. Acupuncture does something similar.
Amy: Yeah. Acupuncture is more physical though, you know?
Whitney: Yeah. But yeah, but I mean it's still opening up energy channels.
Amy: It is, yeah.
Whitney: So, whatever your level of comfort is, it was just really eye-opening
Amy: Mhm.
Whitney: for me and I feel
Amy: Good. I'm glad you did it. I'm glad you did it 'cause it sounds like it was good timing for you. Good for you for recognizing that you know something was stuck and
Whitney: so much better. Yeah.
Amy: that they could
Whitney: Everybody can have that feeling, you know? Like you know when you feel that I'm stuck. I'm stuck. But the more you tell yourself, "I'm stuck. I'm stuck," the more stuck you're going to be. You have to change the flip the script.
Amy: Yes. Absolutely. That's right. That's right.
Whitney: Like, "I'm open to the divine collaboration."
Amy: That's right. Who knows? Who knows what's coming your way. So.
Whitney: Yeah. Anyway, short and sweet. But you kind of threw me off. I had no idea you were a Reiki
Amy: I don't know how we Surprise.
Whitney: Yeah, practitioner.
Amy: Who knows what other things I have up my sleeve?
Whitney: I know. Can you just work on my back right now?
Amy: Yes, I can. I'm going to start on that right now.
Whitney: Awesome. Well, you know, again, all of the things that we talk about on here, we're sharing because we feel like we're not the only ones dealing with it. Not everyone talks about it.
Amy: True.
Whitney: Not everybody thinks about necessarily like energy healing. But I think it's good to have options and hear about
